Shipping Policy

1. Objects and scope of transportation:

Delivery policy is applied to all customers ordering via DUL Craft
We will handle all shipping requirements for customers worldwide.

2. Shipping method:

All orders are shipped via DHL and take approximately 8 – 15 business days to arrive once dispatched.
Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.


– FREE DHL EXPRESS shipping for orders over $500 USD
– DHL EXPRESS rates calculated at checkout for orders under $500 USD

Rest of the World 

– DHL EXPRESS rates calculated at checkout
– European Union – Your local government will generally apply VAT upon arrival. This varies per country (average 22%) so check your local regulations.
– United Kingdom – Import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees upon receiving your goods are the resposibility of the customer. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from us and ensure that these charges are factored into your overall product spend.
– If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to the sender, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the shipping, handling and associated merchant fees incurred.


Your order will be sent in compostable packaging.

Processing and delivery

Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Important note

We ship to the address on your order, so please ensure that the address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed and/or unclaimed packages or customs delays.
